Living Yoga Studio Class Schedule

 Classes begin and end promptly. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a towel and a bottle of water. The studio offers loaner mats, however use of your personal yoga mat is recommended.

All classes are drop-in, except where registration is required.

Beginners are welcome to join
any All Levels or Gentle Yoga class.

4 - 5 Kali Natha Yoga
Instructor:
Himalaya Parker
Both dynamic and meditative, experience Kali Natha yoga as a flowing and prayerful asana series. All levels are welcome!
Note: Class on break through October, resumes Nov. 3.

5:30-6:45  Prenatal Yoga
Instructor: Elise Mahovlich
A wonderful way to prepare the body for the changes of pregnancy and endurance for delivery.
Series: Nov. 3-24, $50, drop in, $15 New students must register.

11-12noon  Power Flow ~ Intermediate/Advanced

Put down that third cup of coffee and come to your mat! This class will awaken, re-ignite and energize you - body and mind. Be prepared to sweat, strengthen upper and lower body and core.
Note: For students with at least one year of regular practice. Not recommended for beginners.

A fun, high-energy class to develop strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness and coordination in a safe environment. Teen Yoga provides young people the tools for managing stress in their daily lives.

Fall Session II ~ 10/22-12/10 (Class cancelled 11/05 and 11/26)

Easy Flow Yoga ~ All Levels
