Classes begin and end promptly. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a towel and a bottle of water. The studio offers loaner mats, however use of your personal yoga mat is recommended.
All classes are drop-in, except where registration is required.
Beginners are welcome to join any All Levels or Gentle Yoga class.
