Living Yoga Studio Class Schedule

 Classes begin and end promptly. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a towel and a bottle of water. The studio offers loaner mats, however use of your personal yoga mat is recommended.

All classes are drop-in, except where registration is required.

Beginners are welcome to join
any All Levels or Gentle Yoga class.

8:30 - 9:30   Good Morning! Yoga

All Levels are welcome with this 'wake up easy and get moving' flow class.


4 - 5 Kali Natha Yoga
Himalaya Parker
Both dynamic and meditative, experience Kali Natha yoga as a flowing and prayerful asana series. All levels are welcome!

A fun, high-energy class to develop strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness and coordination in a safe environment. Teen Yoga provides young people the tools for managing stress in their daily lives.

Easy Flow Yoga ~ All Levels

Treat yourself to a mid-week easy flow yoga experience. All Levels are welcome.



10 - 11 Yoga for Healthy Joints ~ Gentle/All Levels

4:30 - 5:30  Restorative Yoga
Instructor: Elise Mahovlich
Calm your body and relax your nervous system with this restorative practice. While the body is fully supported by props, your only work is to surrender to your body's natural ability to heal. Absolutely everyone is welcome! Please bring a soft towel.
This class will be on hiatus in July. We will return August 7 at the new time, 5:30-6:30. See you then!
