Classes begin and end promptly. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a towel and a bottle of water.
All classes are drop-in, except where registration is required. Students new to Yoga are welcome to join any All Levels or Gentle Yoga class.
