Living Yoga Studio Class Schedule

 Classes begin and end promptly.  Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. 
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a towel and a bottle of water.

All classes are drop-in, except where registration is required.
Students new to Yoga are welcome to join any All Levels or Gentle Yoga class.

4:30 - 5:30  Youth Yoga ages 10 and up 
Instructor: Cindy Brister
A fun, high-energy class to develop strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness and coordination in a safe environment. Youth Yoga provides young people the tools for managing stress in their daily lives.  Each class ends with relaxation and quiet reflection.

             Belly Dance For Fun & Fitness!
              Sunday, Sept. 14, 1-3pm, $20
Whether it's something you've always wanted to try or you're just curious, this workshop will introduce you to this ancient form of dance for women.
