After serving the Vero Beach community for the last 15 years at Living Yoga Studio, Elise Mahovlich is now offering her classes at various locations in the area as well as individual and group private sessions.

 

She invites you to engage with the yoga community, immerse yourself in this ancient practice to find peace and radiant health. With her offerings of classes, services, and workshops, the goal is to provide a balanced, holistic approach promoting health, vitality, and well-being, embracing the philosophy:
